Who you deal with

INK Drift is provided by TJ NOVA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. Playing means you accept these terms. On iPhone, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside them.

Play safely

INK Drift is steered by moving your phone. Use a comfortable range of movement, keep clear space around you and never play while driving, walking in traffic or anywhere movement is unsafe. Stop if you feel dizzy, numb, weak or uncomfortable. Touch controls are always available for practice.

Fair play and the leaderboard

Ranked runs are checked by our server. Do not automate, modify or fake runs, checkpoints or scores, and do not attack, overload or probe the service. We may reject runs we cannot verify, remove entries and limit abusive traffic. Players appear on the leaderboard only as generated tags such as ink-3ca3.

Price

This version of INK Drift is free and has no purchases.

Ownership

The game, its code and artwork belong to TJ NOVA LTD or its licensors. You may play it for personal, non-commercial use.

Availability

We may update, pause or end the game or the leaderboard. INK Drift is offered free and as it stands. Where the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses; your statutory consumer rights, and any liability the law does not let us exclude, stay untouched.
